I signed up for this course with trepidation. It’s an advanced course demanding a considerable amount of commitment. It's made up of four modules and 100 hours of tuition with a number of tasks and workshops. It also conforms to all the stringent conditions mapped out by the NCFHE and leads the successful participant to a Level 3 certificate in Photography.
Skip forward eight months and the course is finally complete. It was a huge commitment of time and effort but I can honestly say it pushed me to break out of my comfort zone and be a better photographer.
The final task of the course was a 20 image panel on a chosen theme. I opted to do a fashion style shoot themed "Light & Motion". I spent a good three months sourcing the right models, locations and studying creative lighting techniques.
Below you can see a short video/slideshow of my final panel.
